Caitlin Weber, LMFT, CST

(she/her)

I’m here to offer you the tools you need in order to be kinder to yourself.

I’m the real deal with over a decade of experience and was rigorously trained and supervised to be excellent at this work. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists. I absolutely LOVE my job, helping individuals, couples and families meet their mental health, relational, and sexual goals. I see adults, couples, and teens ages 14 and older. I help Wisconsin-based clients both in-person in Whitefish Bay and online via a secure Telehealth platform.

Psychotherapist and Certified Sex Therapist

About Caitlin

Offering a nonjudgmental space and compassion, I use my interest in attachment theory and trauma-informed care to nurture the inner child who lives within all of us. I believe that people generally have exceptional strength but often fail to recognize it. That’s where I come in to give you the tools you need in order to be kinder to yourself.

I knew I wanted to be a sex therapist before I knew I wanted to be a regular talk therapist! I’ve always been fascinated by the ways in which our world, our cultures and religions, our value systems, our families, etc. all impact our sex lives. Sex is a part of our lives and is thus connected to every other aspect of our lives!

I help people break down what’s really going on and why they are unsatisfied. We look in-depth at the past and present of their lives and together come up with lasting solutions, accessible resources, strategies, and communication methods to start living the life (and sex life!) they really want.

I am a Milwaukee-area native and love my friendly Midwest culture and people. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our kiddo, friends, family, and our dog and cats.

I also am passionate about horseback riding and enjoy hiking, yoga, strength training, dancing, traveling, seeing movies, cooking and eating!

I am:

  • Very sex-positive
  • Proudly queer and love helping LGBTQIA+ clients
  • Neurodivergence-experienced and -affirming
  • Into body neutrality and fat liberation
  • Kink-informed and affirming
  • Polyamory and swinging-informed and affirming
  • Asexuality (ace) spectrum affirming
  • Antiracist
  • Robustly feminist
  • Anti-ableist
